How can I track my order?

After placing an order, your that order has to complete several steps/stages before it's done with "Delivery". To track order status, please follow the below steps:

  • Login to your “Mubdie Account”

  • Go to “Account” > “My Orders” > “View All”

  • From the order list, click on the"Order Number" that you want to track.

  • Click on Track Package

  • That will lead you to the“Delivery Detail” page.

From the “Delivery Detail” page, you can get the updated status of your recently placed order as per updated progress.

 
How do I return my item?
1. Go to “My Orders 2. Tap on "Initiate a Return" 3. Select “I want to return the product” 4. Fill out the Online Return Form with all the relevant information 5. Select Pick Up or Drop Off as per your preference 6. Submit the request For more information, check the Return Policy.
How do I "Review" my product?

All Mubdie customers can review and rate the products they have purchased from the platform.

If you have purchased something from Mubdie, you can rank the product out of 5 stars, leave a descriptive review in text and even add pictures to express what you liked or disliked about the product.

Here's how you can review the products on Mubdie:

  • Go to Mubdie "My Account"

  • Tap on "To Review" where you'll see all the products you've received

  • Select the product you want to review

  • Rate the product out of five stars with five representing "Delighted" and one star representing "Poor" experience

  • Rate 3 different aspects of your shopping experience - Product Quality, Seller Service, and Delivery Service

  • Upload the pictures of the product

  • Write about your experience with the product in detail

  • Scroll down, and tap on "Share Review" to submit your review

Note: Please ensure that you rate Product QualitySeller Service, and Delivery Service separately from your overall rating. This will help us serve you better by understanding where you are facing problems.
